We all do it. You’ve a meeting next week, or you’re on an email thread with a new name; who’s this new name?

A quick Google and a private LinkedIn snoop later, you’ve a face to the name and now it’s all good, a nice friendly face, nothing to be scared of. Someone you can trust, a safe pair of hands.

A good headshot does a lot of quiet work. It’s often the first thing a client, contact or collaborator sees before they’ve even picked up the phone. Get it right and it says exactly what you need it to say — professional, approachable, someone worth talking to.

Setup

I come to you. Whether that’s your office, a meeting room, preferably not a broom cupboard. I bring a compact studio setup — a clean backdrop, soft flattering light — and within a 30 minutes we’ve got something that looks properly done without feeling like a production. Studio lighting for the team on site. No fuss, no drama.

The bit people don’t always think about is the environment. A lot of folks aren’t mad keen on having their photo taken, a particularly Irish thing tbh, so a fair chunk of what I do is making the whole thing feel easy. A bit of chat, check their hair, collar and/or lippy, and act like their ma before the go off to school. I’m on their side.

With good lighting, we get lovely consistent results, and we will have it all hooked up to the laptop for instant review if wanted.

Teams not Solos

So I shoot exclusively team headshots on site. I’m just not setup for solo folks who may want something for an upcoming new adventure.

For teams, I’ll work through your group efficiently — we can do a surprising number of people in a morning — keeping the look consistent across the board. Same light, same feel, whether it’s the CEO or the newest member of the sales team. Consistency matters when you’re putting faces to a brand. We can do select on site, and name capture, and direct delivery is needed.

Ready for your Closeup

The results are clean, current, and genuinely useful — LinkedIn, press releases, the about page, conference programmes, internal comms. Headshots that don’t look like they were taken at the last Christmas party.

Dublin-based, available across the city and county. Happy to travel for the right project.
